After being told they had a refurbishment recently I expected much better. 
Went here for the first time for my friends 30th birthday. We went into to the wooden tubs and came out with some horrible gunge on my chest area. Absolutely flummoxed from noticing this I reported it straight to staff (3 in total where stood together) and albeit sympathetic to my ordeal by apologising. That's all I got. No, 'can I give you something to wash that off with' and no goodwill gesture to compensate for the quite frankly unhygienic state of the tub. 
The cream tea was lovely with a warm scone upon arrival. 
Lovely massage therapist. 
Shame about the low standards of hygiene and the follow-up thereafter.

We had such a wonderful relaxing half day spa with lunch. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. My treatments were amazing and the attention to detail outstanding; my mum and sister were positively glowing after their treatments too. Can't wait to visit again! ☺

Very relaxing place.  Really enjoyed my half day spa with lunch. I would have given five stars but it's little things like bags to put your wet swimsuit in and a few more changing rooms.
