Used to be council owned and fair price. Now private with lots of "reserved places" which are often empty but you can't use. Very expensive and huge penalties - but if you get one then fight it, it's an invoice not a real fine (that's the difference between private and council.)

Do not park here. Go 7 minutes over when the car park is empty and they try to fine you £100. Luckily it isn't enforceable in court
