Brusk waitress served us on the evening of Sunday 26th March (in the front room at approx 6pm). She barely spoke to us and rudely said ‘drinks’ when asking us what drinks we would like to order. Two of my children asked if they could have the Rusticella pizza which is no longer on the menu. Waitress told us that the pizza no longer comes with ham so charged us extra for the ham. She’s wrong. We always order Rusticella from other Pizza Express branches and have never been charged extra for the ham (which is one of the main ingredients of the pizza). Won’t be going back to this branch for a while.

Very good pizza, fun food for the children and a nice setting. Not the fastest service but the staff were very polite and helpful.

service was extremely slow. short of staff for a busy Friday night. Food was ok but no better than what you could buy at the shops especially the lasagne which was like a microwave meal ! Probably wouldn't come back.
