As soon as we came to visit The Fleece we knew we wanted our wedding here! The views are breathtaking and it offered us the relaxed wedding we were after. The food is delicious and the rooms are beautiful too! The staff were super helpful from start to finish, such a welcoming and friendly team. We look forward to making many return visits! Thank you for the best wedding we could have imagined.

We booked a night here last minute and what a treat it was. All the staff were really kind and cheerful. The room wasnlovely and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and has set us up for the day. We will definitely return for a longer stay and to enjoy the fantastic landscape more. Thanks Fleece team!

We had our wedding here on 22.07.2024. It was such a special day! Carrie-Anne listened to everything we asked for and ensured the day was just what we needed: a relaxed, chilled day. It was exactly that. Everything ran so smoothly and there wasn’t a moment where we felt stressed in the lead-up or on the actual day itself.nnThe venue itself is beautiful and the views are completely breathtaking. It made the day that bit more special.nnThe Fleece staff were just fab - nothing was too much trouble and you could tell they really wanted us to have the best day! Lucy in particular was amazing. She was so accommodating and adaptable! There were a couple of last minute changes and she was utterly unflappable and handled everything with ease.nnThe honeymoon suite was so cosy and pretty. It was a lovely room to settle in after the day! And the complimentary breakfast the next morning was delicious.nnA massive thank you from us! We can’t express our gratitude enough for the most magical and memorable day.

Came for a drink with the family & sat outside on the top, view was stunning & weather was spot on too. Drink prices in my opinion a bit steep to other places but the view makes up for it. Will be coming back to try the food soon.

From the minute we viewed the fleece we knew it was the venue for us to get married in, it was the second venue we had visited and we paid the deposit straight away!! Everything about the venue we absolutely loved and all the staff were amazing throughout the whole process! All family and friends mentioned about the amazing views and how good the food was! I highly recommend the fleece to anyone getting married or anyone wanting to go for a nice meal! Thankyou so much, Mr and Mrs Smith X
