Absolutely awesome, went to Delamere Forrest, then decided to visit The Fishpool Inn. Along with two friends and a dog. Our first visit here and it won't be our last.
Dog friendly, we hadn't booked but the found us a table after a reasonably short wait.
Lovely burning range, excellent choice if food, even a separate Gluten Free menu, with great choices.
Warm friendly staff, efficient, but not pushy. All in all a great day with yummy food included.. Especially the Lamb 👍👍👍

Fantastic place.  Food & service were amazing with staff very professional, friendly & competent. It was unusually quiet today however,  but this gave us a perfect chance to explore the whole building. It has quaint libraries, nice fire-places & big social areas. I can't wait to see what it's like there at   the next visit

The perfect place to go on a Sunday for food and drink. A large menu choice of traditional and more modern choices, the fish and chips in particular is very good. Couple this with an amazing interior, make this a must visit

Lovely place. Good food great ambience with very efficient and pleasant staff. Run like a well oiled machine.  Highly recommended.

Food fine and plentiful although my grilled salmon was more like steamed but fish and chips excellent.   Service poor, slow but staff very pleasant. Need more training on how to look after customers. Would be to benefit of sales as we waited so long for everything we didn't need more drinks and too late for dessert and coffee.
