Very small, not enough room to eat in as had a pram, however, that is our issue we chose to eat here, and I do regret that decision, service was OK, nice enough people, but the food while it isn't the worst I have ever had it is far from the "best chippy in Stockport " as I have seen mentioned in the reviews. Chips definitely not fresh, hard in the middle, I am almost convinced they are frozen chips. I also think the place is overpriced compared to the quality of the food.
I ordered chips and curry with coke £5. You had a choice of 3 curries. The chips were amazing fresh and crunchy. A great view of the underbank if you sit and eat them outside too.Food: 5/5
Simply the best Fish I have Eaten in a Long time, possibly the Bargain of the Year, Monday special £1.00 for a fish, I was expecting a smaller portion for the price paid but how wrong I was ordered 2 so big I had to share , simply can’t fault, fish & Chips perfectly cooked Fresh with a Lemon being a Nice touch also. Such a Great friendly Chippy will be my local Lunch time place from now on. Thanks, Salty Towers

Been a few times now with my boyfriend and it's our favorite chippy now out of the ones in Stockport. Great prices for the portions you get, fish is always spot on!Food: 5/5
Probably the best chippy for a 40 mile radius. Nowhere seems to care any more throwing half cooked food at you, but here the food is ALWAYS good, never soggy or greasy. Small cod is huge, mushy peas are proper old fashioned chippy peas. Thick tasty gravy and curry sauces. Nice drinks selection I only wished i lived closer by so i could visit a lot more, but that's probably for the best. Thanks to all the lovely staff working thursday early afternoon. Hopefully be back and writing more of these about how amazing your chippy is again soon into the new year :

Probably the best tasting chips I ever had… and I have had a lot of chips! Went back to have the fish and peas… amazing
I preferred it when it was called the Fish Inn but Salty Towers is still great, excellent location for a quick and substantial lunch. They have a few different curry sauces to try which is uncommon and most welcome.
