We came to visit today after friends had highly recommended. They weren’t wrong! 

From the moment we walked in till the moment we left we were impressed!

The decor gives you a real rustic farmhouse feel with a twist of shoreditch. The roast was just like my mum used to make with a sharing platter of vegetables, brought back some nostalgic memories. I had the lamb and my partner the beef, tender and juicy. Our boys had the kids roast which is a great offering.

It was extremely busy so glad we’d booked in advance, while we waited the boys played in the kids area, excellent idea and kept them entertained until our food arrived. 

All round great service and well thought out food. Will be back

We’ve been a few times now and every time we’ve been impressed by the quality of food and the fantastic service. Portion sizes are perfect too, leaves you with just enough room for dessert

Having lived in the abbey for a good part of my life I know it’s been screaming out for a place like this! Unfortunately some of the others don’t like change so you’ll no doubt get complainers. 

Hats off to the Farmhouse, keep doing what you’re doing. We’ll most definitely be back especially for the roast!

Myself and a few of my colleagues came here for Sunday lunch after we finished a job early.

What an absolute treat it was, we received a very warm welcome from the staff and were seated promptly.

Food was delicious, not a bit was left from any of us. Teresa our hostess was fantastic, extremely courteous, not at all pushy and friendly.

Would strongly recommend.

Love this place, can't get enough! Our Third visit so thought it about time we shared a review. For somewhere different with great food and very attentive staff, this is the place. Lovely decor too, stands out from all the same old food establishments locally. Let the boring haters hate, they clearly don't like change but we welcome it! Thanks, see you soon!

This place has been on my radar for a couple of months now. We finally tried it with the entire family and was amazed with every aspect of our experience.

The staff were very friendly and the building was quirky and well presented. As for the food, it is very rare to go out these days and every single person around the table to enjoy every course that they had ordered! Each dish was obviously hand crafted with love and care. Amazing to see a start up with so much potential.

Book up now for your Christmas season - this place WILL BE FULL!!
