Very disappointed with the service today, it felt very disorganised. 2 x Customers walked out because not being served. My order was wrong, I had ask the order board to remove cheese and it did not work so asked a member of staff who was helpful to remove one item of cheese not across the complete order, but the food came out wrong. The time it took to get our food was far to long. It wasn't even busy. Come McDonald's Waltham Abbey get a grip.
The only reason I'm giving this Mcdonald's Waltham Abbey branch 2 stars is because the staff seems to be nice.nThe drive thru always takes FOREVER, longer than other McDonalds!!!, which has a knock on effect on traffic! .nBeware!, you may have to wait 15mins to 20mins for your order, so be prepared.nI waited for almost 40mins just to get an order .nI would have driven away but I was already stuck in the traffic jam .nPro:nNice and welcoming staffnCons:nDrive thru takes soooo long, beware!.nSuggestion:nManagement need to review their services ASAP, by either recruiting more staff particularly on a weekend or moving away from this site completely to a more spacious site, to avoid distrupting traffic!!!.
Car park full of delivery bikes could barely park. In the restaurant all with helmets on so not the most welcoming. Food was ordered without pickles but all came with so guess they don’t bother with dietary requirements. Over all not awful but definitely not the best.
Just had my food delivered and a quarter pounder is missing from the order and tried to ring with no body answering the phone. When someone does wanna ring me back cos I have left my phone number and my name I’ll be happy to speak to them not had this happen for awhile now and Tyler it go the last time cos it was one mayo chicken burger but today I’m tired and came home and thought I’d order this quickly and now I’m sat here eating just chips as a meal .
I can honestly say if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food quality is horrendous, vile and disgusting. When ordering online they have the cheek to charge you for service charge and then you don’t receive half of your order. The workers in there haven’t got clue on how to make and pack orders to industry standard. Avoid this place like the plague
