Ordered 'limited time only Honeycomb Latte' - it looked great in picture on the menu, with whipped cream and honeycomb pieces on top.....the picture below is what turned up! Yes, I should have returned it and asked for another, but the place was rammed so I just settled for the milky slightly honeycomb flavour drink that turned up eat in, so it hadn't even sat in a box on a moped!. Should've gone to Costa I guess!
Never go to the branch at Waltham Abbey, especially if you have allergies.nOrdered 'grilled' as I'm allergic to wheat. Sticker on the box said grilled, image shows it very much isn't grilled! Waste of time and money!
Both My burger came dry ie both mc spicy chicken sandwich, and also I ordered a spicy nuggets instead I got a normal nuggets, chips are cold too.
Ordered McDonald’s through Uber Eats around 3:00 AM. Delivery took about 30–40 minutes, which is fine. But the rest? Straight-up awful.nnI ordered a milkshake and McFlurry, but they gave me two large Cokes instead — clearly just couldn’t be bothered since it was an hour before closing. Probably didn’t want to clean the machines. I reported it, and Uber Eats refunded me £7.85, but my total was £23.nnThen I opened the food. Both burgers — a McSpicy and a Double Filet-O-Fish — were rock solid. Cold, dry, and just nasty. I took a bite of each and literally spat them out — you can see in the photo I uploaded, the food I tried to eat and couldn’t even swallow. That’s how bad it was.nnTried reporting again but was told I’d already been credited. So that’s it — I paid £23 to drink Coke I didn’t order and eat an apple pie and some mediocre fries that weren’t even a proper large. The pie and dip were the only halfway decent things.nnAbsolutely unacceptable. If your machines aren’t working or your kitchen’s already packed up, don’t accept orders. Lazy, careless, and disgusting service.
Had a chicken wrap. The wrap wasmade in a hurry as the filling was very uneven. Sauce just in one corner whilst the remaining was so dry. More effort should have been given to produce an lovely even filling in the entire wrap, but no such luck, it was horrible.
