One of the best dishes I've had at Muhinur. Definitely my top Indian in since I've moved here
Very disappointed with our experience tonight. The girl taking the order didn't seem to understand what our order was. Was told 30 minutes for collection but was an hour by the time the food came so had waited another 30 minutes in the restaurant. There was only one table occupied but other tables were covered with dirty dishes and left over food. So fed up that didn't check the order until we got home. There were a couple of extra dishes we hadn't ordered but had been charged for the bill had seemed expensive and i had to ask for the 10% collection discount which she struggled to work out. My vegetarian dish was actually CHICKEN which luckily I noticed before eating it. A real shame because the food here was fantastic last time and the dishes they got right were nice. I called to complain and the girl who was being waitress, phone order taker and cashier as well as on her own mobile and looking after a young child wasn't at all helpful - Guessing drafted in to help out in a crisis. I hope they get their staffing issues sorted out but they will lose customers tonight as the 2 people in front of me were both unhappy and the phone was ringing with complaints too from people waiting for delivery .
Great food and friendly service. Disappointed that only house wines are available by the glass but the house white is still lovely! Worst thing was that the waiter was not helped at all by colleagues who stood and watched him run the whole restaurant, however this was not reflected in the food which was splendid.
Food was pretty good, although it took 45 minutes for it to come. The restaurant was supposed to open at 13:00 but it actually opened at 13:30. We were given an explanation but this was still an inconvenience. We were offered free deserts as compensation but the damage was already done.
Ordered takeaway for collection last night. Didn't check the order until we got back and noticed that the guy took the order down wrong for our nan breads was supposed to have a plain nan and a garlic nan and a cheese nan but there was only 1 nan bread in the order which said garlic and cheese nan. Chicken Korma was slop and the chicken madras was very greasy. Egg fried rice was horrible.
Been eating in this restaurant for a long time tonight I had chicken shaslik bhuna because it comes with a sauce I thought it was a bit spongy but after nearly eating it all I discovered it wasn't cooked , complained to the manager and he apologised and took £4.25 off the bill which just added insult to injury. If I'm I'll I'll be getting in contact with health and safety. I will never go there again
Had a fantastic meal today at the Spitfire. Food is really really good and there was sooo much, feeling a bit stuffed now! Lovely food, lovely people. Well worth a visit.
KEEP WELL AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING DISGUSTING FOOD COLD AND NO FLAVOUR AMD A BILL WHICH WILL MAKE YOU RUN A BILL FOR NOTHING 3 ITEMS COST ME £75 I ASKED THEM WHY AND THEY SAID SERVICE CHARGE NOT RIGHT AS IM NEARLY 75 YEARS OLD THERE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE WHEN I WENT BACK THERE THEY SAID TO ME SORRY NEW STAFF HE DIDN'T NO SORRY BUT THIS PLACE IS A SCAM KEEP AWAY BEST PLACE TO HAVE AN INDIAN IS IN WALTHAM CROSS OR CHESHUNT
We had the Sunday buffet. Terrific offer. Good service and all you can eat. Although on Sunday only, it is really good value.
