Wow where do I start! I began my fitness journey with Louise and Sam nearly a year ago, I lost all my confidence and was a complete mess! To look at me now you wouldn’t believe I was that same person a year ago. Louise and Sam welcomed me into the Factory family and now I can truly say I’ve made friends for life here! Louise and Sam know how to push you too your limit as well as make you believe in yourself too. I’m so grateful for everything they have done for me, and for helping me become a new and improved me! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!! Much love Xx

I was recommended this gym by a friend, after   moaning that both my weight and eating habits had spiraled out of control. I have never been able to use any gyms down to how self concious I was. This place is something else. The groups are small and Louise is so supportive. Not once have I felt uncomfortable and I am seeing improvements with each workout. I was made to feel welcome from the second I walked through the door and you just become instant friends with everyone. I won't ever look back now.

Been at The Factory over a year and its is the best place i have trained at. They listen to what your goals are and work with you to achieve this. Both Louise and Sam make everyone feel welcome, no one is judged on their size or fittness levels. We have become a  family helping each other on our journey.

The factory is my 2nd home. I absolutely love coming here and I never thought I would say that about a gym! Everyone is so friendly, both Louise & Sam are fab and really know their stuff. The friendliest least judgmental gym I have ever been to :)
