I go mainly for mobility and flexibility work as an older member. Exercises are all scaled, and open (self-supervised) gym and Yoga stretches/positions are available via the ROMWOD programme. Coaches Paul and Oli are experienced, patient, and attentive. Recommended.

Hexis is a great Crossfit fit and Personal training facility. Over the last 5 years I've travelled the world over to so many Crossfit boxes and had so many personal trainers..... Hexis takes the cake over them all!! Paul and Oly are flaming brilliant! Professional, fun and second to nine weather your a veteran or a new comer - they cater to every one. Not a box like this is the midlands - reccomended you pay a visit.

This place is fantastic, my fitness has increased and I've lost weight. The support from the coaches is amazing and most of all the gym members are very friendly and welcoming. Crossfit is for any fitness level and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
