Tap or Snap MMA Club is part of the Combat Health LTD company. Founded in 2001 by professional MMA fighter Christian Smith, the club mainly specializes in Mixed Martial Arts, Submission Wrestling, Boxing, Thai Boxing and Elite Fitness. Tap or Snap joined Shooters MMA in 2005 and each year since then send their instructors to Sweden on different courses updating their information and learning the latest techniques. The club has a large range of students from 6 years old through to adults in their 50s and from complete beginners to professional fighters who all train in a controlled and friendly environment. Whether you want to just get fit and gain confidence or want to compete in the sports we offer, then our club has classes tailor made for you.
