For me The Factory Kitchen is the best foodie destination in Newcastle. Just had a wonderful lunch with prosecco, followed by a gorgeous strawberry sorbet.  We're lucky enough to eat here regularly and it always delights.  By the way  the Oriental spiced tea is a fragrant  treat not to be missed. Look forward to the next time.

Great food! I'm vegan and my wife has lots of food issues but it's always easy to find something to eat on the menu or just ask and they'll make something special :-)

Great selection of salads and the home-made quiche is amazing.
Home-made ice creams are lovely, especially the peppermint aero! I'm advised it may not be on next time I visit as they are experimenting with new flavours all of the time but looking forward to seeing what they have when I revisit.

Lovely brunch and accommodated my wife's dietary requirements (Coeliac Disease) by substituting the sourdough beard with gluten-free bread in the Eggs Benedict. Great tea for two also served in a huge teapot that gave us many cups!
