Great home cooked food. The beef sandwich is amazing. Friendly staff. Would recommend a visit if you're down by the quayside.
My review is completely directed at the proprietors: I am sure you are doing your serve your customers, and you are doing well, indeed. However, I think I am compelled to pay you attention that the potential of your business has not been realised yet. You still can do more to improve it, and I am, again, certain you can do it. Unfortunately, there is no enough space to list what should be done. Good luck.
I had a stunning club sandwich here for lunch, however the server seemed like she didn't like me for some strange reason. Would recommend as there is plenty of choice and very reasonably priced!
Lovely little cafe, with briliant service. Super reasonable prices and not far from Bigg Market at all. Recommended.
Food was actually gorgeous but the staff wasn’t that nice. Got asked to move from a table with 3 seats to a table which had another 3 seats because I was by myself. Also, asked if my eggs could be changed from fried to scrambled when ordering and they said they couldn’t do it…
We had breakfast there this morning, 4 adults & 1 dog. Service was great, food was fantastic. Doggy Cleo loved her sausage that the staff gave her. Highly recommend.
Staff were incredibly rude. Undecided on if we were getting food as we were waiting on a call but wanted a big round of drinks. Said we could only seat if we were having food, so we just got up and left. This wasn’t during a busy period and quayside area was quiet.
Excellent place for Breakfast in Newcastle upon Tyne.Food: 5/5
A very warm welcome. Our two Staffies are treat like royalty . Great place As good as ever. As always lovely staff, our Staffies could find their own way there. A right royal welcome from hereFood: 5/5
Really lovely place with friendly staff and absolutely amazing breakfasts - full English and a veggie breakfast with a massive pot of tea. The cafe is dog friendly and our furry friend was catered for with her own plate of sausage. Looking forward to a return visit :
