Really good Frontier here. It was nicely busy for the time of day and staff was polite. There’s security at the door which is nice due to the area being close to the stations. One of the best frontiers I’ve have in a while. The floral and peppery notes really came through.
Not quite as polished as Fuller’s pubs normally go! Poured a very sad pint of Guinness in one pull. And a not very full pint of Asahi picture taken before any sips!. 2 pints cost us just under £15. Everything was sticky and felt unclean. Men’s toilets were apparently disgusting and had pee everywhere with two urinals broken. Women’s toilets were nice and clean to be fair! Ambulances and police cars were wailing loudly down Euston Road not their fault but worth noting if you want a relaxed evening. We were wanting food but decided to go elsewhere after we got our drinks.
The food was tasty, the wine nice, and the place is clean. However, it is overpriced for what you get, the portions are on the small side, and quite a few things were not available from the menu. Also, what kind of a pub closes at 23:00 on a Friday night?Food: 2/5
Went to watch the rugby and have some lunch. I had the nachos which were pretty standard but a bit bland. My partner had the burger which was very tasty but a very small portion especially the chips. The service was excellent though and we got served at the bar super quickly even when they were busy. Everything was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was amazing with a big Sports fan crowd cheering their teams!
Went in and had the best meal - our server was Sam and it was our first meal in London, our first time in London at all. We asked Sam for recommendations and he did not steer us wrong. The food was absolutely excellent. We loved it so much, we actually came the next morning for breakfast and had the best coffee I’ve about ever had in my life. Brought a friend in today for coffee and toast. So glad we’re next to this restaurant and can make this our regular hangout while we are here.
Stopped by The Euston Flyer for a quick lunch today before catching a train, and I have to say, I was blown away by the service. I was in a bit of a rush, but Tommy and Gaby were so friendly and helpful that they made the whole experience stress-free. My phone died just as I was checking the train schedule of course, but Tommy and Gaby jumped right in to help. They checked the schedule for me and even charged my phone, which was a lifesaver. Plus, they made sure our food came out quickly, and it was delicious—definitely hit the spot! Overall, the staff were great, the service was spot on, and the food was tasty. Thanks, Tommy and Gaby, for making my day a little easier! I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.
Classic English oub with well-made vlassic English oub food. I had the steak pie and it was quite good. Also got to watch a good part of an Arsenal match.Food: 4/5
Nice pub. Lots of space and a good sized menu for dinner. I got the daily pie. I think it was guiness and beef? Anyways it was good. Food is a bit pricy, though; dinner will probably run you almost £20 for an entree, but the quality was there.Food: 4/5
Only go to this pub if you don’t mind single person queuing, it’s like being at a post office or a theme park. THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL PUB. PLEASE AVOID.Food: 1/5
Shouting at the customer remains as standard at this Fuller’s pub. I thought I’d give the Euston Flyer another chance on 14/09/24 as approximately 15 years ago a friend in our group between us said she might have a glass of ‘Rio-jar’ and a passing staff member behind the bar shouted at us ‘RIOHAAAAA!’. There are now helpful little table-top signs stating there are bag thieves operating in the area so I didn’t leave my bags at a table. On this occasion after ordering food and a drink at the bar I was asked for the table number. As I went to check the number of the table I was going to sit at the bartender shouted ‘Hey… HEY! YOU PAY FOR THIS!’ As most of the staff were wearing branded t-shirts and this bartender was all in black I believe this level of handling came from a senior member of staff. Shouting at the customer remains as standard at this Fuller’s pub.
