A nice little pub we found in the side streets near King's Cross St Pancreas. Quiet when we arrived at 3pm but got progressively more busy as the evening went on. Nice friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. No wait to order drinks. Pub grub type menu. I had the Ham, eggs, chips & peas and my brother the fish & chips. Food arrived quickly and we both enjoyed our meals. Some tables had been reserved for groups, who ordered food. Happy to return any time if in the area.
Just been to the Skinners Arm again. It is becoming my go to pub when in London. I've just been and had hair platter to share, and it was fantastic. Ase the photo's I've added the food here is excellent value. There's lots of it and it is probably pub grub. I must say I've never been disappointed. In my opinion it's well worth a visit.Food: 5/5
Had fish and chips + Camden on the tap. Delicious food, friendly service and authentically British ambiance. Recommended!Food: 5/5
Great neighborhood pub. Our friends live down the way from Skinners Arms and it’s always a stop on our trip to see them. The fish and chips are solid and the service is always good. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by!Food: 4/5
What an amazing, old boozer! An absolute must-visit from Kings Cross if you are a tourist and wonder what an actual London pub used to be like. Also, a genuine warm welcome from the two guys working behind the bar and a bloody decent pint of beer. Didn't try the food, but it looked pretty standard.Service: 5/5
Stumbled upon The Skinners Arms in London after visiting King's Cross, and it turned out to be the traditional pub experience I was hoping for. Pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian-friendly options, the tasty and generously sized portions made for a satisfying meal. Perfect spot for a quick and enjoyable lunch. Would definitely recommend!
Guinness lovers, haven! They serve some of the freshest and most authentic pints I've had outside of Dublin...it's as close to the brewery experience as you can get!! The Guinness here is consistently rich, smooth, and perfectly poured, a real treat for any fan of the stout. Beyond the drinks, the pub has a cosy, traditional atmosphere with friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. Whether you're popping in for a quick pint or a leisurely evening, they got you covered. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a quality pint!
Hidden treasure, one road down from the hustle and bustle of King Cross Station. The landlords were extremely welcoming, and we had a fantastic time surrounded by tourists and locals . We shall definitely be returning, hopefully sooner rather than later.Food: 5/5
Friendly staff and good food. Paella wasn’t to my taste but everything else was amazing. Good vegan burger too. The atmosphere is really nice both inside and out. I would recommend this place for lunch or a pint.
I miss this place and the people that work there. I wish we had a pub like this over here in America. Mark is an incredibly nice person who wants all his guests to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. If you’re looking for great food, stellar ales and laughs, you’re in the right place. See you soon lads!Food: 5/5
