Great selection of beers from around the world. It's nice to see something on tap instead of Fosters, Carling or any of the other usual suspects. Staff are very friendly, decor is nice and they have a good amount of outdoor seating. I had a dark German beer when I visited which was very pleasant. I hope to visit again soon to try some of their other beers. Keep up the good work everyone
We came in for a slice and a pint. Went on a Saturday evening and there we got lucky to find a seat. Very crowded but I can see why. Quick, friendly service with amazing beer selection. It is also on a beautiful little street as well.
Popped in for a relaxing pint or 3 just after Friday lunch. It was quiet at that time - which was just what I was looking for. The manager I presume was very polite and friendly. The beers were cold! And the peanut portion in a paper cup was more generous than I have experienced elsewhere. If I am again in that part of town and in a similar mood I'd definitely stop by!
Beautiful, open, off the rd, nice outdoor area... lovingly curated ales ... some exciting ciders... great staff.... but you wont get space to stand met alone a seat. It's the cool place to be atm... but its baking hot inside this summer
Unusual "pub" with solid yet approachable selection of beers. Interesting decor and good spot for quiet weekdays to enjoy that pint of real ale.
Really nice moment here afterwork! Large selection of beers on tap! Great homemade pastries! The waitress Anuszka took great care of us! Recommanded !
Good points; * decent selection of beer - both cask and keg. * I've seen more expensive places in London which serve worse beer. . Bad points; * for what it is, food was exceptionally expensive * just to really put the tin hat on it, a cheeky 12.5% service charge is added to the bill despite the fact you order yourself at the bar. * lots of hipster shave-its frequent the place. * lots of annoying Christmas jumper wearing customers although that goes for just about anywhere at this time of year.
Good pub, nice beers and pizza. Hard to find a decent pub round that area of London so that gives it a USP.
Great selection of ales and beers - with some unusual choices available. Atmosphere is cozy, lighting comfortable and what I saw of the food - looked good. It’s tucked away from the noise and congestion down a quiet mews with a great outdoor area. Well worth a visit.
This is a really interesting and unique venue and also offers a fantastic range of unique drinks, all displayed on the blackboard complete with description. There’s a number of outdoor tables as well as standing areas inside, but when busy it can feel a little cramped. Toilets are downstairs and well maintained and there’s some nice articles on the wall worth reading and, given it’s off the main thoroughfare, a nice little find. I’ll be back!
