We didn't actually buy anything from here but wanted to leave a review based on the excellent customer service by two staff members. We have been in twice for a quick browse over the last two days and had been greeted both times by a nice lady who remembered us and our nervous dog and treated him really well both times, including giving him a biscuit. (The lady has a Labrador herself). On the way out today another lady was very understanding about our nervous dog and again, shared a biscuit with him whilst not being over the top. Just from chatting to the staff and our experiences, we will be sure to come back and will buy from here in the future. Thanks.

Very helpful staff and a thorough selection of everything, significantly better than almost every other competitor in town and even slightly better in my opinion than the Climber's Shop next door.
