Avoid. I phoned this company on 2 occasions with the intention of commissioning the installation of a log burner at my property in Grasmere. I was told by the pleasant receptionist that I would shortly receive a callback from 'the boss' on each call. 3 weeks later ... and I'm still waiting for that call. When you are attempting to spend in the region of £5000 on an installation you would think you'd get a call back wouldn't you? Nope, not at Beetham & Dean. As I said at the start. Avoid.
