We visited on a rather overcast May Sunday and were able to walk straight onto the wheel. Greeted by friendly staff, we had a pod to ourselves and were treated to excellent views of the city, the docks and across the Mersey. For the price £13 each the wheel went around 4 times, giving us plenty of opportunities to see all the sights.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Great views, went at sunset. Easy to get too and purchase tickets immediately rather than online. Recommended visit.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Absolutely fab, the wheel is fully wheelchair accessible which is brilliant and a carer goes free with you . Definitely try this if you get the chance I really enjoyed this.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
I got my own personal ride, I was the only one on it lol. Ten minutes of round and round with a few minutes pause at the top to make photos. The staff thought it was as funny as I did. A good bunch. You can see plenty from the top.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Really expensive for what it is, and the one VIP pod with a see through floor was £100! Ok you get champagne but you only go round 3 times. The first go round my son and I were just praying we didn’t die… then we got used to it for the other two. Glad we experienced the wheel but wouldn’t do it again, solely based on price.
This is a nice treat to take a spin on. The prices are reasonable. Staff is super super friendly. My friend and I had a good time.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
I had a great experience visiting the Wheel of Liverpool. The panoramic views from the top are stunning, especially overlooking the Royal Albert Dock and the River Mersey. The enclosed pods make it comfortable, and the ride offers several rotations, giving plenty of time to take in the sights and snap some photos. While the ticket price might seem a bit high for the short experience, it’s worth it if you enjoy city views and photography, especially on a clear day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the visit enjoyable. However, the audio guide wasn’t very clear during my ride, which could have added more value to the experience. Overall, it’s a fun activity and a nice way to see Liverpool from a different perspective. I’d recommend it, especially for families or first-time visitors looking for something unique to do in the city.
We rode the Ferris wheel for 4 laps. During the first lap, the wheel stopped for a few minutes when we were at the top. It gives you a chance to enjoy the view, but I was getting apprehensive. Overall, it's an interesting experience and the views from the wheel are great.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNo
£13 for Adults £10 for kids. 2 and under are free. The wheel ride goes around 3 times and stops your cabin at the top for a few minutes each time so you can take in the view and photograph the scenery. I don’t do heights confidently but felt secure in the enclosed cabin. The cabins have air conditioning and a button to press to speak to the operator who will bring you down on request.
Never actually went on the wheel as time was limited but really look forward to going on it soon. The views have the potential to be amazing especially on a clear day. Here’s some images I managed to get whilst sightseeing.
