disgraceful place its prices are ridiculous bottle of water £2 the carpets are minty and are half up they are a danger hazard, a child could easily trip down the stairs. The stairs are filthy and also a danger hazard the place needs shutting down and reporting to the health and safety
Very friendly staff, good price for entry, small place but a lots toys and atracionts for kids. Lovely music, and warm inside. Everyone can find something for self. Beautiful Small room for babys, soft carpet, massive bundle toys, all looks fabulous. You can use bike big one and small one, scooters, car etc. We can find there swimming pool with balls, slides, houses, tunnels. I really like this place, but there are very dirty and sticky tables Should be clean more times. There works 3-4 persons, usually they do nothing, please take a cloth and clean tables and toilets. Thank you
The name has changed. But they're still open. The staff are lovely. N the place has great activities for kids. Great atmosphere.
Took my kids but saw a lot of ugly babies and it put me of my dinner. Can i just ask if there is a god why is he so mean to your child it was embarrassing to stay in the same room as them . The workers were nice but i hated the one with the black hair he was just a fool. Love you Xxx
I wouldnt even give this place 1 star if i had the choice. The whole place is Disgustingly filthy, carpets especially the stairs, bouncy castles, even the coloured balls in the ball pool & I'd be very surprised if kids don't catch some illnesses from them. Filth lines the back of the netting at the back of the play area, its thick with dust & rubbish. I highly doubt the play areas have ever had a deep clean and this place has been open for around 19/20 yrs; possibly more. Ceiling is thick with dust & disrepair is obvious in several places. It is very overpriced and, as the owners will already know, its the only play area for miles around so those who dont have transport struggle to travel to other play areas. The Food is horrible here, I wouldn't let my kids eat there after my nephew got chicken nuggets and the meat inside was GREY! If owners put some of the cash that they are obviously making quite alot of into this place then they would have regular returning customers who would be happy to pay their prices instead of customers having to post extremely necessary & accurate descriptive reviews like mine and the ones above. It is such a shame as it could be a place people enjoy going back to again and again.
Smashing kids had a great time the staff were lovely but the kids had hot dog chips n beans not good the kids ate the beans but that was about it. Maybe do French fries instead of chips n hot dog sausages instead of frankfurter types
Went in today. Ino it's under new management but the place is like a building site and they are still charging £4 each child it was dull gloomie dirty dusty and smelt of damp. The ceiling only had half of its cover on the rest was stripped back For replacement so dust everywere.... For the inconvenience of this there should be a discount on child admition and at least a free coffee or tea for parents while work is being done. 14-08-17 I look forward to seeing what they do to the place but untill it's done I won't be taking my children back.
Fantastic place, my 3 and 4 year old loved it Decided to try as it is close to home and noticed the most recent reviews have all been very positive. Clean, friendly, warm and lovely big cups of tea
Food not that nice. No hot water in bathrooms to wash hands. No water at all in men's toilet. Employing bits of kids that don't seem interested in anything. Won't be back!!!
Used to be a craphole, but under new management it's brilliant, really clean inside food is nice, it's a bit cold in there, my little girl loved it!!!!
