Dreadful attitude. Net sales person at 2018 ideal home show. Loved the property. Asked for brochure - “none available”. Asked lots of questions. Answers given were so disingenuous it was unbelievable. I pressed the same point about purchase and rent options several times and got different answers each time. The only information available was the offer to take photo of a 40% discount offer for break and week rentals. 
I would advise anyone thinking about rental to consider carefully all options. Be careful about signing any contract for a holiday such as this.
The group does not appear to be signed up to either ABTA or  AITO. 
Read the reviews online carefully and take heed.

Can't vouch for their holidays but if you request a brochure they will hound you with sales calls. They call weekly and repeat requests not to be called get ignored. I told them I can't afford a holiday this year to get rid of them and the girl starts telling me if I can pay for next year's holiday now and save money, how does that help me at all?! I get that the sales people are just doing their jobs but the companies marketing policies need an update and soon!

Do not give this company your details. They have harassed me for two years with constant nuisance calls. I have raised 5 complaints that they have ignored. Worst company for nuisance calls, please don't share any details with them. Terrible company.

Terrible terrible , do not use this company, they take bookings and payments online even if they have no availability, once they have your money they ring up with the bad news,then you have to chase them up for a refund, still waiting for mine,  the excuses they come up with are laughable
Update had to take to PayPal legal to get refund

Terrible customer service. Couldn't even get the booking due to lazy unhelpful staff members who couldn't be bothered to try and provide adequate customer service. will not ever book again.
