Very friendly staff. Nice size room with a nice ‘hard’ bed and pillows - just the way the wife and I like it. Disappointed that (like most hotels) the window could not be opened. Biggest grumble was/is the lack of signage in being able to find the hotel in the first place!

Great Premier Inn. Lovely for overnight with a family. Only drawback is the Beefeater is too busy and staff rushed. Veg dipper side, the crudites were limp and we waited far too long for everything. Waiter was new and he was struggling. He said the 50% off deal draws the crowds, so those of us paying full price took the brunt. Hotel itself gets 5 stars though.

Average Premier Inn. Lovely staff but had to wait quite a while for an ironing board. Was disappointed at how expensive their tooth brushes and tooth paste was but then I should have remembered to being my own!

The room was good. Comfy bed. Big towels. My only criticism is that breakfast was all booked out so we couldn't get in. Now off to find somewhere on the high street to eat.

Room was nice and spacious with lovely facilities. Very competitive price considering it was NYE. Only downside was the lack of storage space but as I was only staying one night this wasn't an issue.
