Very poor experience trying to book. Called in the evening and was asked to send an email instead and they will get back to me the following day. Sent the email and got a reply - with a price list attached - telling me there is availability for the day i was after. Called to book... and guess what... no availability whatsoever. A complete waste of my time! Such a shame as it might have been a nice hotel to stay in, however, their customer service is certainly letting this place down. I always look to support local business when i can, but in this particular instance it looks safer to just 'help' the big chains instead... at least they seem to want you to book their rooms...
