This is a lovely B & B. The owners are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is to die for. Close to the Hoe and good cafes and restaurants.

Very good rooms are very clean and spacious quality breakfast good location for theatre town centre bars and restaurants off road parking front and back all staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Freezing cold on arrival. The owner was rude, I was expecting Basil Fawlty to turn up any minute.

Booked a last minute room here as we had problems with our original hotel and we're glad we did! Owners were really friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Room was a little outdated but very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is excellent just a minute for Plymouth Hoe and with free on site parking! Breakfast was included and was excellent, food all freshly cooked to order and was lovely meeting would stay again.
