A really nice, friendly hotel very close to the Hoe and easy walking distance to the Barbican and University. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is generally pay and display on the side of the road but the hotel can issue you with a parking permit at a vastly reduced rate so check with them before you commit to the hourly parking rate (£1.50). Enjoy your stay at Plymouth, it is brilliant!

Great friendly staff. Very clean. Ideal location. Stayed here following a show at the theatre. Will be back.

Overall a nice place.

The location is perfect, only seconds away from Plymouth Hoe, and an easy walk into town. 

Stayed in room 8 and it had everything we needed. Bathroom was a little bit cold though, but warmed up quickly when the shower was used.

Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is lovely short walk to the Hoe,  nice and friendly and clean. Beds are comfortable.

Very comfortable room. Good value. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast selection. I plan to stay again when next in Plymouth.
