Main pool and health suite acceptable. Members changing room, recently upgraded, lacks personal privacy for showering and male changing. More privacy in non-member facility which makes a mockery of the members facility. I didn't see any consultation before the recent changes were made - just plans laid out with no invitation to comment.

Facilities are fine but accessing them is almost impossible on a casual basis. If you aren't paying them £50+ a month in membership they just don't care - you can't use their website and they simply refuse to ever answer the phone.

Very open and pleasant. Viewing areas are excellent staff in cafe polite and and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

Health suite is greatly improved after recent refurbishment. Gym is well equipped. Trainers are around but don't come and talk to you. Lots of different classes.
