I first started going to Sussex Zest because i was looking for a barre class in my area. I was made to feel so welcome and soon started attending the TRX classes too. There are no everyday generic classes here, it is all niche! The small friendly classes mean you soon get to know everyone and Sam is passionate about what she teaches which is very motivating! I also just bought an annual membership which is amazing value!

I've Ben going to Sussex Zestbfor almost a year now. I started with Baby comes Too. A fab class for new mums. Gradually builds your strength and confidence up. Now I enjoy Piloxing Barre and Knock Out as well as TRX.
Sam is a great trainer, personable and motivational. She has fostered a great atmosphere at Zest, and her clients are all proud to be zesties!!
