I like the fact I can choose when to go without booking . The staff are so friendly and helpful and it makes you feel like you are really working hard with the smart card method . Just what you need after a full days work at a desk albeit busy! The friendly atmosphere and personalised attention you receive makes you want to keep coming and being part of curves making new friends too there for the same reason Thank you to Jo and all the girls Trish Stagg

A convenient and user-friendly way to work out that doesn't take too big a chunk of the day. Friendly and supportive staff. Can highly recommend!

I was really sceptical when i first went to curves. I had all these ideas about what i thought it was like...On my first visit all my preconceptions were blown out of the water! All the coaches are genuinally really lovely and helpful, and the keytag system is great for keeping me focussed and progressing. As a busy mum of 4 boys i love the fact that i can just pop in and do a full body workout in just half an hour. I can't recommend curves enough, it's a community, rather than just another gym!
