We recently stayed at the Delta Liverpool for three nights in April. No issues with the stay; great location, friendly/helpful staff, and restaurant bar was okay. However, compared to other hotels, there is no way this hotel should be rated 4 stars. Solid 3 stars at best. No amenities in bathroom, no fan in bathroom, no fridge, not many electrical outlets, and several other things. We were told at check in that the room is only cleaned every three days. What we were not told is that they would clean your room daily at no extra charge if you asked. A full cleaning not necessarily needed, but clean towels and trash pickup would have been nice. Nearby activities: Train station and activities/restaurants/shopping. Hotel details mentioned above. Noteworthy details: Already stated above.
This was a great surprise as it was birthday gift for 1 week stay at the deluxe top suite. It's huge and stunning views,staff couldn't be more helpful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay whilst visiting famous sites.Rooms: 5/5

I was here for a long stay. The location is awesome, and the staff was very friendly. I do wish the room had a mini fridge though; the Marriott app says it’s a room amenity.Rooms: 4/5

A queen size bed that was a really just two singles pushed together yup, kept falling down the gap, and to find, hands not yet fully dry, a hand towel with smudge right across the other side akin to that of faeces, blood, or an unfortunate combination of both. Also, the TV remote was a particularly temperamental little chappy. Reception was really helpful though
For a four star hotel it ticks all the boxes. The reception staff and the manager of the breakfast restaurant were outstanding.Rooms: 4/5
