I booked a taxi several hours ahead, the taxi was 20 minutes LATE, I called several times asking where the taxi was and whether I should just call someone else and was guaranteed twice that I would get to the coach station "well ahead" of time and ended up missing the coach for 4 minutes, which I had already paid for. I was forced to use same cab to get to the airport and paid 38 instead of 40, otherwise I would have had to pay 8 for the late drop off to the coach station plus 40 to another taxi company, plus a 9 ticket coach ticket lost. DISGRACEFUL, if you cant get there on time just let the person know so they can call someone else, and not make false guarantees!! The call operator was very rude and not at all helpful. Do NOT use this taxi service its TERRIBLE!!

Always use this firm, never let me down, they always come with in the time they tell you and the drivers are always polite.

Great service, and offered student discount! Highly recommended
