This was my first visit to the Diary. I definitely will be going back. The complete package is excellent. The food was perfect. The staff were as good as the food. I cannot believe i have never heard of this place till a couple of weeks ago.Food: 5/5

Great visit to The Dairy. Had sea bass and scotch egg starter. Beautifully cooked and presented and the ladies who served us were very attentive and helpful. Great experience for us on our trip to visit friends in CanterburyFood: 5/5

Steak was nice, the regular chips could've been more crispy, same with the fish. Was a quiet night, perhaps that was why, so that is forgivable. Based on the previous reviews, it appears that the food would normally be better. I'd chalk it up to an off night under trying times and trust that the other, more positive reviews are right.  Service quick and staff pleasant, prices reasonable. Decor friendly, located not far off the A2 from Canterbury. Parking on the street

Very friendly people, very attentive service and quite generous portions. The restaurant itself is super cute. The cod had the best batter I have eaten in England, light a crispy. Chips were not very great. Scotch egg pretty good. The cheese is filo pastry oily... Would take it off the menu. Would come back if in the area! Really lovely people! Thank you

Amazing dining experience, lovely food and lots of compliments go to the landlady "Julie" whose smiles compliment the food quite well . We live about 30 minutes away from this lovely elegant village restaurant, and it's always a nice treat when we go there for a meal. The food is well priced, great service and well worth a repeat visit.

It's been several years between visits but I'm delighted the quality has stayed the same. We came here for lunch whilst out wedding dress shopping for the day. They were so accommodating when we said we had limited time between appointments and made sure our food was out on time. They also very kindly let us take dessert to go. They were just so friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and homemade and at a reasonable cost. An absolute must visit restaurant! We'll be back!
