We found the team very friendly, went out of there way to help you. The room was spacious, clean, TV, could have done with something to sit on when you wanted to watch TV. Tea, coffee facility provided in room. We had a wonderful Sunday Roast Dinner and the dessert delicious. Near facilities to town and transport. We certainly would stay there again when coming to Faversham. Thank you all
Visited the Railway Hotel with the family for a Sunday Lunch today at the recently opened restaurant. All the staff are all so welcoming, very friendly and helpful. The food was so delicious, choices for meat eaters as well as vegans. Recommended for those that enjoy their Sunday roast. The Railway Hotel is now under a new family run management, and it has undergone refurbishment in an amazingly short time. Check out their web site, why not visit Faversham for a relaxing weekend, the Hotel is perfectly located close to the Faversham high street and exploring the area of East Kent. Food & drinks: The food is great, looking forward to visiting again. Noteworthy details: The Hotel has a car park, also it is located opposite Faversham Railway Station.
Had a lovely Sunday roast dinner with a delicious rocky road cheesecake for afters. Superb. Thanks to Oddjob for serving and Chefarino for the generous slab of beef.Rooms: 4/5
Great place. Was out with the family and we was struggling to get somewhere to eat. We got seated no problem and had some really nice food. The staff were great and one infact went the extra mile and offered to take a picture of us all as we was struggling to take a selfie picture of us altogether. This barman was so on top of everything and efficient at his work.
Recently renovated and under new management. Great pub and friendly atmosphere stocking local drinks. Rare bar billiards table and darts for those who want to play a game or two. Perfect!Rooms: 5/5
Amazing turnaround and refurbishment by the new management team. Nice clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, great customer service. Just had a lovely meal in the restaurant which reopened this weekend.
Great old fashioned pub serving great beer. A limited menu but the quality of the food is very good. Food & drinks: Small but very tasty menu. Couldn't eat here too often due to the lack of meal options.
Had the food on their soft launch, the chilly con carne was amazing, and the steak and ale pie was outstanding and made with local ale!! Lovely staff and beautiful restaurant really make this place a must dine location.Service: 5/5
