This was my first visit to The Curlew. The restaurant is well laid out, clean and welcoming, as are the great staff. Tony was excellent and helped make the visit really enjoyable. The food is first class and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back. Well done all.

Excellent food, lovely location and atmosphere. Add in the fact that this is a dog friendly pub,and it becomes a great place to stop after a dog walk. Would definitely recommend popping in on a Sunday for the roast.

Love this place. Great meal treating the girlfriend tonight. Who ever picks the ales and wines for this place they know exactly what they are doing and has great taste. The chef cooked our food to perfection. The waitress was so polite and was working her tables to perfection. Well worth the 5 stars The curlew. We will be back.

Nice little pub, serving staff very good enough attention was given. Chef could do with either some help or some retraining, my chicken was dry and my gammon was very salty(probably a cheap cut) a few other issues with our tables meals mostly resolved, in my opinion this pub is trying to be something that it is not. Either lower your prices to reflect the pub grub style food or up your game. Let's hope dessert is better, surly they can't get that wrong. So in summery a nice little pub, a little pricey for what it is.

A good lunch menu and service but if you are in a group of more than 3 or 4 your food may well not be piping hot. 7 of us ate and my steak sandwich was lukewarm but still tasty. The pies were hot and looked good. Shame we were let down by that as its a normally pretty good
