Really nice food and family atmosphere. Visited for the Carvery. From organising our reservation, local parking advice, ordering, service to payment the staff were friendly, helpful and well informed. Vegan options: these were really good, even though they had brussel sprouts with bacon on they prepared some green beans to give me greens. The vegetarian option was quickly prepared and tasty. The vegetables were good and not overcooked. The bar had a non-alcoholic drink which was a bonus. I'd recommend this cavery for anyone including vegans and those with special dietary needs.

Boards outside advertising a variety of food, when we sat down (on a Sunday) we were told carvery only, which wasn't what we'd decided, in the end the carvery was delicious with a very friendly chef, but got put off by a member of staff watching my every move tho, was he there to count how many carrots I had? Definetely recommend the carvery, lovely variety of fresh veg and the roast potatoes were delish! We did hear someone ask for a veggie option and was refused! Seriously?? You have Linda McCartneys factory down the road!!!! And don't advertise veggie options if u don't provide them!!

The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced, the chef was very friendly and very good at his job, the only minor issue was the young waiting staff need a little more training in being aware of the customers needs and when you require sauces or your missing food, at times they disappeared into the kitchen for (the smell would suggest a cigarette). We will definitely be returning as overall the place,food,price,owners and chef are doing a brilliant job unfortunately the 2 young girls running the restaurant let the establishment down in my opinion.
