Fantastic traditional country Pub Restaurant great food & drinks very reasonably priced helpful friendly staff..! Never been disappointed..! well worth a visit if your in the area or call and book a table around Christmas time
Really enjoyed the food. Reasonably priced and good portion size. The service was a little slow, it was busy but we had to wait 20 minutes after we asked for the bill and due to covid we weren't allowed to pay at the bar.
Wow, a real homely pub doing great service and food. As good as it gets. Very generous portions. Can't wait to get back there.
Sunday lunch to take away, ordered by phone, brought out to the car as soon as we arrived. Food was lovely and piping hot, will definitely be going back.
Good food. The Yorkshire puds are amazing. The decor is a little tired. But very welcoming staff. Felt very safe as covid restrictions are in place.
Just been to the Crooked Billet for the first time and it definitely won't be the last. Absolutely first class food and service. I would highly recommend that you book and pay a visit. You won't be disappointed

The starters were nice, but it is all about the yorkshire puddings here.
Best Yorkshire pudding I have tasted.Good variety of fillings available. Worth a stop.They even do a Yorkshire pudding desert.
