Beautiful original art nouveau pub worth a visit for the tiles and decor alone!  However, once you get there you’ll also find that the staff are great, the atmosphere is friendly and the beer is good - so what’s not to like?! Used to live in Hunslet and this was my local.  I still visit whenever I’m in the area and it’s always good.

An amazing pub that is so completely different from its surroundings. It's a must visit. Tiling to the front bar Vaults floor, etched windows, beautiful. Oh, the beer, yes Leeds Best was on. If you're in Leeds and you like traditional you MUST visit.

Lovely old Leeds pub , worth a look for its character and the workmanship that was put into it. Only 1 real ale on but very nice and cheap .

Incredible museum type building with lovely bar rooms complete with original features from turn of century. Sadly;  no real ale ...come on Leeds Brewery ..what are you playing at? This is a gem and should be looked after, advertised for beer / pub enthusiasts..why run out of beer with the brewery no more than 5 mins away? !!@
