We had a lot of fun watching Shrek the musical. The kids loved it. The staff are extremely friendly and the ambiance was great. Good parking so we didn't struggle with a pushchair. For long sitting shows, the chairs seem to be a bit uncomfortable. Prices on snacks seem a bit steep but it was worth it eventually. Would go again in the future for other shows like that.
Visited the Cresset for a pre-booked event. Was impressed with the facilities available. The visual and audio system was good . The staff were accomodating when we required access to a baby feeding room. They improvised and provided another facility for us.
Saw the final session of Peter Pan at the Cresset today. It was the first time I've been to this venue, but it definitely won't be the last. Excellent venue, lovely staff, free parking!
A lovely venue with friendly staff and ample stewarded car park
Nice venue. Comfortable seating, accessible for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues. Car park can get full quickly, so I recommend arriving a little earlier.
The staff were very helpful in arranging everything for a 50th birthday party. On the night they were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely recommend to family and friends arranging any event.
Went to see Fisherman's friends. Had a meal in their restaurant the food was ok. The staff throughout our night out were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Would have given five stars but found the seating in the theatre was very cramped and uncomfortable so I would recommend taking a cushion to sit on.

Unable to book seats as it "leaves a seat empty" and cannot do this over the phone or in person either. Not a helpful system as all other seats are far back or side view. No way round it. Paying the same price for limited viewing spots not good when other options are still available. 2 stars as I am sure it is decent inside, put this policy is off putting, the only way round it is to keep checking if its been updated online, which is not helpful. Staff not really helpful in this as it is a system policy so they couldn't do anything to resolve either.
Went to see Peter Pan which is one of my favourite pantos. It might be as I am a traditionist and this to me was different. As to the comfort, seats felt crampt even though I am a slim build. Foot space also tight on a positive note the stripe of wood to prevent fallen items ending under the seat in front. Simple but effective.
