WOW! This hotel is off the scale, it's absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to stay again. It's finished to a very high specification and still pretty much brand spanking new. The bed is the comfiest I've ever slept in. There is a 32" flat screen smart tv in the room. A rain drop shower in the bathroom and no need to pack your hairdryer, straighteners or curling tongue as there are Vidal Sassoon ones already there. The staff are amazing and can't do enough to please. Free prosecco and nibbles between 8 and 10pm, cookies and milk brought to your room at 10pm and breakfast brought to your room at the time of your choice. Free coffee 24/7 in the aviary cafe. Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Just one small niggle, the rooms are a tad small, but honestly, it's easy to overlook as the place is so fabulous in every other way. It would be worth paying the small extra price to book a suite, you won't be disappointed

A very beautiful hotel; ultra chic and very detailed. Extremely small rooms, which are nicely presented with great furniture & linens. No storage space for clothing/luggage - just a couple of clothes hangers on the back of the door. Amenities are good; fresh water carafes, Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, Ren toiletries, hair dryer/curler/straightener. Shutters on windows do not block out light; lots of street noise. Breakfast was brought to room on a tray. Looked nice but could have been much better. At 120 a night, fresh juice & pastries would be preferable to pre packed. Very good coffee. Staff were helpful. Bar small but well stocked & cocktails excellent. We did not see & were not offered either of the advertised free prosecco/nibbles, or milk/cookies. I would have rated this hotel 4 star if the room had been large enough for two people to stand at the same time. One has to sit on the bed, while the other gets ready etc.
