Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendnnI stayed at this hotel for three nights and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.nnFirst, the basics were lacking: the USB ports by the bed were broken , the room was quite dusty, and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no body wash provided, which was unexpected. The breakfast offered was of poor quality and felt rushed and unappetizing.nnThe noise levels were unacceptable. It was very loud at night, making it hard to sleep,Additionally, the smoking area was locked at night without informing us of the hours, which was inconvenient.nnThe staff’s attitude was shockingly rude throughout the stay, and there was little to no effort to address concerns. On the last night, the Refrigerant Detection Systems alarm went off at 5 AM, and when I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. I had to go downstairs myself to figure out what was happening, which was incredibly frustrating and unsafe.nnOverall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. With the combination of poor service, lack of cleanliness, and disruptive noise, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
From booking the room to checking out, everything at this hotel is pleasurable. Its like a home from home, polite staff, clean hotel and wonderful rooms. Like to extend my thanks to Ellie for always being courteous. Good breakfast and always reasonably priced.
Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was not the most comfortable and the bathroom floor flooded when we showered. The sauna and steam room were a great start to the day. Breakfast was good but coffee really bad - undrinkable.
Room very clean and spacious. Needed to have 2 extra pillows instead of 1 if a double bed. Also needed more sugar and milk in the room but I suppose I could've asked for it.nBrekkie was lovely. A wide variety to please everyonenStaff and service was on point. Very friendly and accommodatingnLocation wise - 10-15 min walk into main ManchesternWould defo recommend
