I would recommend this Hotel for anyone who wants a good value, clean and modern room in a Hotel.
The price I paid for two nights was only fifty pounds, I couldn't have found any thing cheaper. The Hotel is very modern, set in a old converted warehouse type building. Very central location, easy to get to all the shops, cinemas and theaters.
I have to say it is very basic, no tea or coffee making facilities and TV had to be paid for as an add on, but that was only a one off fee of five pounds. I understand the philosophy, so as to deliver the room price as low as possible.
Friendly staff and a warm welcome, also they have a coffee machine on the ground floor, also note no cash at all for anything, all payments need to be made by card.
I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

It is cheap and central but the area is very rough. When I first arrived I was given a room in the lower ground floor which was awful. The rooms are very very small and there is hardly a wall between them, so you can hear people talking laud. Is it value for money? I don't think so.

I paid 27 for a night here and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff couldn't be more courteous and helpful, spotlessly clean. When compared to other brands of equal budget (ie ibis budget) there is absolutely no contest. You get charged for WiFi and TV if you want to use it but for a short stay where you don't necessarily need them you can keep costs incredibly low without compromising on quality. Would 100% recommend.

Cheap place and central but you have to pay £5 for 24 hour WiFi. Room was small but well decorated and clean. No remote for telly and one blind was broken.
The real issue was the ensuite toilet was basically in the bedroom behind a glass divider. Way too much intimacy for shared / double rooms.

Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The reception staff were helpful and courteous and the room was clean if a little compact. The location is great for a night out in the Northern Quarter. There was a little bit of bass noise from nearby bars when we first arrived and a passing street sweeper woke us up. That said I'm a pretty light sleeper.
