Beyond my best expectations, big, clean, beautiful house with amazing gardens and mountain view! Set in the quiet of the woods overlooking Betwes-y-coed, it's a restful retreat and great place to set off from to see Snowdonia. Geoffrey and Wendy could not have done more to make us feel welcome! The best place I ever stayed in!

We stayed here recently.  It was everything we expected and more. The kitchen has all the modern gadgets.  Geoff and Wendy are wonderful people and very knowledgeable about the area. We were in a comfortable setting (it felt like a comfy grandparents home) surrounded by beautiful flowers and scenery. Very enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful.
