Second time staying here. Has undergone a very nice refurbishment. Breakfast is delicious. Service excellent and the location is great for many of north Wales attractions.

Amazing service as you walk in. Remember to choose your breakfast before dinner. We were in the larger suite with a 4 poster bed, on suite bathroom which was to a high standard. Shower was powerfull, everyone likes a good power washer time to time ;). We walked in and distinctly recognised that the room was recently refurbished and was to a high standard, very clean and tidy. Storage for clothes ect was different we had several small drawers which we only used a few and held all our stuff comfortably, there is a wardrobe but for a weekend was unessassery for us. Breakfast was a good selection of quick foods and the cooked breakfast was adauqable 1 slice of bacon, 2 small sausages, beans and mushrooms. Asked for crispy/well done bacon the next morning which came out cooked nicely. Bit of advice if you like your bacon cooked ask for it well done! Staff were all friendly and approachable and were able to offer a lot of knowledge about the local area, places to eat and things to see and do. Overall: very impressed highly recommend. I stayed at Aberconwy House on a recent trip with family. We were so sad that we only booked three nights! The owners were fantastic hosts and incredibly helpful. The breakfasts were perfect and even catered to diet restrictions (gluten free and vegan). The room was clean, spacious and cozy, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The house itself is a quick 5-10 minute walk from the center of Betws-y-Coed, with the station, shops and restaurants. We left already planning a return visit!

Amazing guest home! Clean, friendly owners, proper vegetarian or vegan breakfast on request, amazing view and relaxing night sleep! Will book again anytime!

This is a great B&B. We had the Four poster room on the top floor and the views were fantastic. It is a short walk into town across the small field and bridge. Bed was fab, all ruined by rude and noisy people in the next room who cam back drunk and made a noise until the early hours.Such a shame. The poor owner apologised in the morning but there is of course little they can do. That said as long as the neighbours behave book the four poster room and you will not be disappointed.
