We ordered a takeaway and the food turned up on time however both rice dishes were missing from the order. We phoned up and were told "we're very busy....we can give you something off your next order". When we said we wanted the rice now (this is half the meal!) as we'd paid for it, the man was not apologetic and eventually said they would deliver the rice to us in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later the rice arrived. The meal was average and the chicken masala was very oily - I've had a lot better Indian takeaways (and a lot better customer service).

Ordered our meal on just eat, when arrived half of the korma was was over the bag. Completely unacceptable

Worst Indian resturant I been to. Ordered lamb Briyani for take away. It did not taste fresh at all; more like it was cooked few days ago. Ate only half of it and the rest in the bin. Would not recommend this place at all.

Went here for a bank holiday lunch. Balti house didn't get of to a good start, we ordered 2 glasses of coke and what we got was flat diet coke. Not refreshing at all. Then we was charged £3 for 2 poppadoms, which seemed ridiculous as all the curry houses I've ever been to give these away complimentary before starters. When we wanted to order starters most of which is cooked in tandor was told the "its not on as we've just opened." At the end of the meal i spoke to the manager who told me they were open since 12:00 and it was now 16:00. When asking the waiter about the dishes he didn't know what went in them. I ordered a lamb karahi which was quite nice. The manager was friendly and informative. The rest of our experience wasn't good and will not go here again. I'd say avoid it completely, better restaurants in the area.
