Not many frills but loads of quality. For an unassuming takeaway it offers great value for money and the quality is great. The staff were friendly and the food quick but well cooked. I sampled the cheese burger and 9 inch pizza both were excellent. Highly recommended it for a quick snack.
These guys deserve all the bad reviews. I ordered a pizza this evening and am still waiting after 1.5 hours. I rang them up to chase and didn’t hide the fact they couldn’t give a sh&t. Rang them yet again and they hung up on me. Avoid these guys. It’s a pizza!!!
Got the order wrong, was rude to me saying it was my mistake. I don’t eat beef, I ordered a chicken burger; so it was straight forward for me. Eventually they handed me a rubbish chicken burger. Would not recommend
I very recommend this restaurant. Kebab and pizza it's very good. Inside have too much product. Always delivery fast . Bring hot food . Contact for driver . No expansive. My number one. Thank you for very good food
I honestly have never had a worse takeaway experience in my life. I’m a student and order a lot of takeaways for reference. I chose this one for delivery and hoped for the best, ordering chips & cheese and a margherita pizza. Bog standard and shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes max to deliver on a quiet Thursday evening mid-lockdown. So, an hour and a half after ordering and ringing the restaurant several times, the food finally arrived. It was ice cold. The pizza and chips were congealed. The cheese on the chips wasn’t melted, it felt as though it had come straight from the freezer. I ordered deep pan pizza and was given the thinnest crust pizza I’ve probably ever had, which was white underneath and looked completely raw. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried some of the chips. No joke, they tasted like fish. I tried to get a refund but was met with no reply. Can’t stress enough how awful the whole experience was and now I’m sitting with an ice cold pizza and fishy tasting chips on the floor and writing this review out of sadness for the £13 I lost to this awful place
I think this is my first review ever, but if it can help not having the same issue as we did, it'll be worthwhile. Basically, we ordered and not for the first time and payed a delivery for 2 pizzas. After an hour and a half, we called to check why we still were waiting for our pizza. The answer was simple: "we do not deliver your area". Trying to explain I had already been delivered on a previous order or that we already had paid didn't get us any more answer than that they didn't do our area... So: a command fully paid, an hour and a half wait... for nothing... EDIT --> A year after: I've not even been reimbursed!!
Paid £4.50 for undercooked wedges and cheese and waited 30 mins for them. The staff also got into a fight with a customer because he had been waiting for his food for an hour and they served 5 people before him. Still ate the chips but they were gross and I was desperate after a night out. Won’t go back - avoid at ALL costs.
Not sure what people are on about saying this place is bad. Its open till 3am and its super cheap food. And for the money its worth it. Chicken nuggets were amazing. Kebab was so much for so little money. Definitely will order here again soon.
Absolutely appalling service. The one star review is definitely not low enough, I placed an order through Uber Eats and was told to expect it to be delivered by 12:40pm. I contacted the restaurant at 1:00am enquiry as to where my food was and told my driver was only just leaving I then received a phone call at 1:30am saying that my driver was outside when he wasn’t as the postcode had supposedly taken them to the wrong place, I understand my house is a new build house and can be slightly tricky to find but I should not have received verbal abuse over the phone as he told me that it was my fault. I tried to reason with the driver over the phone and explain the situation and provide the postcode for the street over from myself so I know it would get delivered and he didn’t let me get a word in and just kept saying I provided the wrong postcode, he then proceeded to call the restaurant to where they told him to leave the food and just come on back. He then went out of his way to follow the new postcode ignoring the restaurants advice and called me once more saying that he was outside I asked his whereabouts so I could meet him and he screamed down the phone and I quote “Oh my god! Just meet me on the main road” I then proceeded to ask why he was being very rude and mentioned I was no longer comfortable meeting him and to take the food back as I no longer wanted it. It is now 2:00am and myself and my younger brother have gone hungry. Please avoid this place if you can! It isn’t worth the time & hassle.
Worst takeaway in Bristol. Thieves. Do not trust them
