great post-night out takeaway. Really not great for veggie options but the chips are cheap, portions are massive and the guys working there are lovely. Sadly prices have gone up recently but still cheapest on stokes croft. Have heard the hot wings are very tasty but couldn’t comment myself!

If you looking for some quick burgers, chips, wings, chicken pieces etc this is the place. Slix has been around since the 80's or 90's Everyone goes to them. Cheese burgers mix sauce is tasty, even the chicken breast with mix sauce is lovely to even the fries. Shout out to kami choteh and uncle always a delight to see them. Oh yeah forgot to mention the kami burger its cheese burger and chicken together in one bun. Enjoy!!!!!!
Over priced and unhygienic foods. Cheese burgers made in a disgusting dirty machine that gives you diarrhoea. Be cautioned peeps!
Not very good, if you go around 12pm, you will get the left over chicken, which has been double fried. This place used to be good back in the day, but now it is a big waste of time. The garlic and chilli sauce is better than the actual chicken, which is a big shame. The staff members working in there in the daytime, need to really improve there attitude. They look like they don't want to be there, and don't really have much care about what they are serving. I had diarrhoea twice, after eating the chicken from here. It's better making it yourself at home, at least you know how fresh he is. Avoid the greasy Slix

Absolutely Horrendous! Avoid at all costs as there are many other take-aways and kebab shops on Stokes Croft. Me and my friends ordered the chicken burgers and cheesy chips. The cheesy chips were literally burger cheese melted to within an inch of its life onto these fries, it literally looked like someone had melted a plastic Barbie leg on there - grim. The chicken burger didn't even get digested, it just came straight back up. Awful, avoid.
Mixed Sauce is banging! Probably the best thing on the menu but £2.50 for chips..? I used to eat the chicken once upon a time but they seem like they're on steroids!! Not the best.. sort out the pricing out.
