Paid for coffee, waited 15 minutes, no coffee in sight and the girls serving can't refund! Had to chose between waiting for coffee or missing my train! You can order coffees on the train, don't risk it! 14/01 8am

Slow and completely disorganised operation. 0620 queues 20 deep on both sides of the cash registers, very clear there was no in charge. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the cashier walked off aimlessly to get trays of croissants, leaving those in the queues the chap was taking a break. Meanwhile the baristas were yelling out orders to each other clearly in a panic. Utterly unprofessional. After 20 minutes I had to give up to make sure I didn’t miss my train. Bollocks, not shopping here again.

No prices on items, they're the only option inside the station. Paid £13.20 for two cans of 330ml of beerService: 1/5

Great service by Andy! After an awful morning trying to get out hen party going after a cancelled flight and extra long traveling. We were rescued and feel very welcomed by the staff in the Continental bar in st Pancras! Highly recommended!!!

This is a great little bar/snack service in the Eurostar terminal back left  corner with friendly hardworking staff who are well trained, knowledgeable and courteous.  A great place to take a seat at the bar and watch  the coming and going of European peoples.  If only Brexit were this well administered!  I come through here a lot and 1.2 is just not fair.

Watch it. You say take away and they charge eat in prices in the hope you don't spot it. And some food is unpriced so they charge what they like.

Prices are little pricey but it’s expected just like the airport. Like how the bar is design. The staff members were ok but they can pay attention to the tables as it can be dirty.

Best avoid!! I witnessed a male employee using the adjacent public toilets without removing his apron and then failed to wash his hands before going back to work. Pretty disgusting!

Do not spend your money.I'm really disappointed, rude and slow staff, no smile, mistake about my order  she's name Clarissa I don't think so she is happy to work, she need a training, she need to smile with a customer. I'm really disappointed.

Slow slow slow. More than once I had to give up my coffee to catch the train despite having more than reasonable time to order connect and go... Or that's what I thought.. GO TO PRET NEXT DOOR!!!
