Do not spend your money.I'm really disappointed, rude and slow staff, no smile, mistake about my order  she's name Clarissa I don't think so she is happy to work, she need a training, she need to smile with a customer. I'm really disappointed.

Slow slow slow. More than once I had to give up my coffee to catch the train despite having more than reasonable time to order connect and go... Or that's what I thought.. GO TO PRET NEXT DOOR!!!

Complete rip off, £5.50 for a small coffe and small pain au chocolat, rude staff and Alex am guessing this is the boss as everyone was asking and looking for him couldn’t care less about his colleagues. JUST GO NEXT DOOR TO NERO!
