Rude staff, very disrespectful also stereotype customers, please avoid shop don’t bother using their Evri service they are rude.
The staff is very rude, never send a parcel to this store, they always ask you to come back the day after since they organize the parcels poorly. I experienced it twice and apparently that's how they treat the customer
The only place on the cally that I shop from. Always fresh fruit and vegetables and loads of different varieties of alcohol which comes in absolutely handy on a weekend that I haven't been prepared. Loads of party foods and basically ANYTHING you are looking for. I'm always greeted with smiling faces.
Felt like a member of staff stereotyped me but store is ok
Absolutely kind owners in that family-run shop maintain an absolutely high standard of service. The range of foods and beverages they offer is international with a focus on Mediterranean food, which in my home country Germany would definitely be described as a deli shop. You'd find fresh fruits and vegetables as well as all you need for daily life, plus an impressive selection of wines, beers and juices and lemonades. We went there nearly every day of our stay in London and it always was a pleasure, including nice conversations in English and the little I do speak Turkish language. Highly recommend a visit there, it will make a difference in your days as well!
Very well stocked grocery store. Excellent options for Turkish, Greek, Vegetarian and Middle Eastern food. Lots of fresh fruit and veg at reasonable prices. The guy also helped me package up a parcel I needed to return, which he didn’t need to do but offered anyway. Would definitely recommend!
Very rude and cranky boss/worker. A disgusting Turkish middle aged man wearing glasses. I went to send a parcel and he ordered me to do everything and was very impatient. Won’t go again.
The Turkish owner is just rude and grumpy person. Don't recommend using them at all costs !!
Very bad service. The old guy, think the owner is extremely rude! I went to pick up my parcel, they didn’t find. I showed the confirmation email. He started to shout at me: ‘Who told you to come here, you are wasting our time’ Shocking. I used to come her to shop every day, but never again….
The young couple who I believe took the management over recently are so friendly and polite. They always smile and are very attentive, always happy to help. Way better than the previous management. I give them 5 stars and more!
