Fabulous fish and chips.. The bonus is that they serve freshly caught fish.... It is sustainable... I love the fact that on their board they say 'still at sea' makes me smile... Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is a great place to either stay in or take away... They do a loyalty scheme as well... If they don't offer then I recommend asking

This is a lovely fish and chip shop. Their fish is fresh, you can specify for example which white fish you want cod/haddock etc.
Their potion sizes and food quality vs their prices is unbelievably cheap. Take Away or eat in (sit in be prepared you can't pre book I believe and waits can be long) 
It is also voted best chippie for many many reasons  and it's well deserved.  Also part of the "mole face" family!!

One of the best chippies around. Which considering Nottingham is the furthest places from the seas in the country is amazing. Nice to sort in and eat too. Light hearted jokes scattered around the menu and decor. Wide range of fish choices. Also do baked if you don't like batter. Even sell wet fish to cook at home. Only complaint is that they don't take phone orders on a Friday night and the queue and wait can be a pain.

The food here is without doubt the best fish and chips in the midlands! It tastes fresh and so many choices of fish to choose from. How could you ever leave unsatisfied? In a few words you cant!!! The staff are happy and give the place a warm welcoming atmosphere to dine in, i think that shows in the food the cook and serve. If you dont want chips then go for a baked fish and salad, its beautiful. I can see why this was in the top 60 in the whole of the UK.

Fun themed restaurant and takeaway. I've never had a bad meal here. There is lots of choice so you can eat seafood you haven't tried before.  Limited seating because its so popular you get Big queues on Friday s but you get a ticket to come back and return to get your takeaway. Quality.
