The Cocoon Rooms founder Sarah Roussinov has drawn on her wealth of experience in the spa and beauty industry to come up with a destination salon that combines amazing treatments with results driven products. These treatments are performed with great skill, by experienced and knowledgeable therapists who appear to love what they do so much, they really are a credit to the company.

I have been going to Cocoon rooms since it opened and before that using Sarah as my beauty therapist for a range of treatments. I can't praise her enough for her work ethic, professionalism and customer service. I have always enjoyed going there to completely escape my busy life and have time out for me. The range of treatments that she offers is fabulous and she is incredibly experienced and has great knowledge. She only ever uses the best products and I know that I am in safe hands with her. Highly recommended!!!!

I have always received exceptional customer service at this salon and the treatments are fantastic, you truly feel pampered. It helps that the attention to detail is not only in the treatments but also in the cocoon room itself, it's a warm and inviting little sanctuary. You will feel well attended to and reinvigorated after a visit to the cocoon rooms! Thank you.

I'm so pleased that Cocoon Rooms have relaunched in Twickenham. I had many a massage at the Ham salon, Sarah's deep tissue massage and hot stone massages are fantastic! Beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere the minute you step in the door, Sarah is very professional and rightly takes pride in her business, I'm looking forward to visiting very soon!
